The OnePlus 9 Pro in Morning Mist is a stunning-looking phone. In every photo & video I take, the phone looks clean & classy. The mirror finish looks very premium, and I also like the new camera bump. It’s different enough from other flagships to be recognizable without being too in-your-face.

The OnePlus 9E has a sleek and modern design, featuring an aluminum frame and a glass back. Its premium feel is complemented by a vibrant 6.5-inch AMOLED display, which offers a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels.

The 90Hz refresh rate ensures smooth scrolling and a better viewing experience, making it ideal for both casual browsing and gaming. The 9 Series includes OnePlus’ classic 3-way alert slider – a small but obvious feature that I use daily and love. It’s also IP68 rated for water & dust resistance, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your phone near water bodies.

In outdoor photography or indoors in well-lit areas, the 9 Pro’s cameras perform so well that the images they produce are perhaps the best smartphone images I’ve ever seen. I love shooting architecture with the new Sony IMX 766 ultrawide sensor. It has a distortion-correcting lens, so every line on the building is straight as an arrow with no distortion.

Battery Life:

The 9 Pro is also supposedly capable of 50W wireless charging if you buy OnePlus’ new Warp Charge 50 wireless charger, but I haven’t been able to test it to confirm their claims. It has a 5000mAh battery.

Battery life on the 9 Pro has been good overall for me. If you use the cameras a lot or play a lot of games, you can potentially drain the battery before the end of your day. But on a typical day when I’m not stressing the phone, I couldn’t get the battery below 40 percent.
